The only rules I have are very simple and if you don't follow them you're going off the list and that is the end of that

1. Keep in contact with me. If you want to be affiliates, you must talk to me at least once a month, you know, a friendly little hello? It's not that hard.
2. Keep my link on a nav bar. None of this "special page" shit where you keep all of your affs on there. Thats bullshit. Unless of course you have a ton. Thats a different story.
3. Have decent web making skills.I won't accept you if your site looks like a jumbled mess.
